Only realty wanted a more modern and fresher look. Only Realty has been around for many years, and to create a brand that would really enhance an already great logo would be a massive challenge. This project was very challenging and took almost 3 months to complete. The onboarding stage was started and moodboards were created to ensure the project was headed into the right direction. The client wanted to make sure they have a new look that would stand the test of time, and enhance their brand as very professional, modern, and still approachable by all types of clients. They assist clients with any type of property, big or small.

The final deliverables included style guides (Brand Identity), Social media assets, UX design, and UI design, signage assets as well as images to create the complete brand id for all marketing and advertising assets. Image treatments are warm and in line with the primary brand colours.
I was able to complete this project for the Brand Identity in 4 – 5 months, achieving and overcoming a massive challenge with the new brand vs. the old brand.
Brand awareness completed. The Brand has grown, and the client feels super comfortable to post their own collateral following the complete Brand Identity. Ultimately the client is the brand, whatever you put out, is what the first impression will look like. The Brand Identity is ever growing and I look forward to the next few years in the client’s growth.
