Project Scope
The client came to me in 2020 with 1 clear goal, and that was to start growing their revenue, as they were struggling with sales. This client was struggling as they had nothing in place, not strategy and no social presence. They decided to connect with me as a Freelancer to get some advice on what to change, as their brand was stagnating, and they really needed to start making this product successful after many years of trying.
The goal was to build a robust new brand identity and give it a fresh and modern look. Apart from their previous printed collateral, I was also hired for a complete re-brand. The logo and their packaging with some printed media.

Challenges
→ This brand has been around for a few years, but no customers, a lot of competition
→ No Brand messaging to ensure brand awareness
→ No Brand Identity to ensure Brand consistency
→ They had no structures in place
→ Images were not licensed
→ No social presence
The Result
A complete new brand with user persona to enhance the brands personality.
The final deliverables included a new Brand Identity while keeping the old vintage style look but with a more modern twist.
WickedAss Coffee Branding Concept was defined and created by the amazing traditions and taste of royalty. Producing high-quality coffee beans with a wide range of flavours, complemented by a simplified design of typography and colour which formed the basis of the adaptive brand identity, which became one of the determining factors for the graphic solution. A variety of relative colours and patterns – stylized main parts of the brand and packaging.

The outcome?
Traditional colour Blue used for the main background for the brand, while a more playful dark-toned pastel colours used for the patterns and flavours. The idea was to give the brand almost of a Charlie’s chocolate factory font look, but just a little bit more modern and profesh!
