I realise that for some, working with a graphic designer may be a new experience, and therefore a little daunting. I provide a fully transparent design experience and don’t believe in trying to baffle clients with complicated terminology.
What design services do you provide?
I design and create everything from logos to content managed websites, social media platforms, videos with voice artists and campaigns. Please connect with me to discuss your project and design requirements.
How does payment work?
Before any project can start, a quote will be sent. Once the quote has been approved, the invoice will be generated with all the required company details. Depending on the project scope, a 65% Deposit will be required for the project to proceed.
Are monthly retainers available?
How does the design process work, from my initial enquiry, to completion of the job?
Each project starts with onboarding. This process consists of the first meeting, to creating a presentation (Strategic Formula) for going forward. From this discussion i'll establish the specific requirements, which will become The Brief. Your input is a crucial factor for making the project a success. Once I have established the brief, the project can start by researching ideas and creating moodboards, depending on the project.
Once these have been approved, the main project will start with the actual main design. Depending on the project, web or logo, there will be options provided and then revisions. From approval, each project will be packaged (logo with Brand ID) or developed (Web Site Design).
How will I receive the finished design?
Logos: Depending on the project scope, the logos will be provided in open file, and packaged to various file types. All files will be sent via WeTransfer.
Website: Once the development has been completed and approved, all login details will be provided. Depending on the website provided, some training might be provided depending on the project scope. Hours may be purchased as maintenance for your website per month.
What do you need from me to start
Once we've had our first meeting and the project starts please remember that depending on the project, for new projects I would need information and for existing collateral I would need all open files. This will be commutated clearly with each meeting or email response.
Can we meet in person?
Unfortunately not. I'm an online graphic designer. All of my meetings are run through Google meets, however, I'm open to any other platforms if needed.
How fast can I get my artwork?
From the first meeting to the brief and final approval, each project really depends on the project itself. A logo design could take 2 weeks with or without a Brand Guide, however if there are some changes then that might effect the timeline. Each project will have a timeline, and hopefully each project goes according to plan, be it cannot always be guaranteed.
Do you offer more than just design?
Yes, I'm very well connected with my own team to offer copywriting, and campaign management for your monthly social media as well as to engage with your followers. I also offer voice-over artists for video adverts and edit the videos myself (I do not do video shoots myself, however, I can work with your supplied files).
Do you offer any hosting plans
I do not, however I do recommend a great hosting provider, as they are the best with communication and getting back to you urgently with any complications.
How soon can you assist?
I always plan out my days the week before. Depending on my calendar I usually may be able to assist within the next 24 to 48 hours. This also depends on the scope of the project. Small changes to an existing project will take priority to make sure there are no delays to the client.
